DECipher – AI Partner in Maximizing Development Impact is a free, AI-assisted platform by I4DI that synthesizes insights from over 13,000 documents in the Development Experience Clearinghouse (DEC) to deliver tailored recommendations for international development projects. It targets NGOs, government agencies, and development practitioners, offering data-driven guidance drawn from 75 years of global development data. The system is powered by CREW AI, a suite of specialized LLM agents designed to provide precise, context-aware recommendations grounded in field experience.

How it works

2. Specialized LLM models: Uses multilingual, instruction-tuned models (e.g., Llama 3.1 variants) with extended context windows for rapid retrieval and analysis.
