How to Use GeniusReview

1. Enter the employee’s name to personalize the review.

3. Rank the skills from 1 to 10 or select n/a to skip. Typical skills include problem solving and critical thinking, programming skills, communication and collaboration, attention to detail, time management, and adaptability.
4. Add your questions for the review. You can remove example questions, then add your own. Provide clear prompts and hints to guide responses.
5. Provide example inputs for each question to help generate a personalized review. The more specific inputs you provide, the more tailored the output will be.
6. Generate your review and choose the tone to match your style (supportive, direct, friendly).
