The system supports AI-assisted translation, live progress monitoring, and one-click full translations for all text frames. After translation, you can re-download the file and open it in InDesign with all styles intact (only text replaced).

How It Works

1. Export to .idml from InDesign. File >> Export to generate an idml file. The system extracts all text frames for translation.
2. Share access for translation. Without login, share the link with a translator/editor who can start working directly in the browser.
3. Translate/edit in-browser. Use the AI-assisted translation and easy navigation; monitor progress live.
4. Apply translations. Click "Translate all" for automatic translations, then accept all or edit individual text frames as needed.
5. Re-download and continue in InDesign. Download the translated .idml file; open in InDesign with preserved styles.
