How to Use Keep It Shot

1. Download and install Keep It Shot on macOS.
2. Import or create screenshots within the app (or let the app monitor your screenshot workflow).
3. Define your renaming preferences (auto-rename, descriptive naming, and keyword-based naming) and apply to single or multiple files.
4. Review progress via the progress bar and adjust as needed.
5. Use the offline search to locate your files quickly using keywords, OCR-derived descriptions, and short image/video descriptions.
6. Revert renaming if you don’t like the new names with a single click.

Note: The search index is created locally on your machine and does not require an internet connection.
