TableBits — Automatic Table Data Extraction from PDF to CSV
TableBits is a fast, simple table data extractor that converts tables from PDFs into CSV files. It supports extracting from a wide range of document types such as annual reports, financial statements, sustainability reports, bank statements, invoices, Telco statements, and more. You can upload multiple files at once and receive per-page CSV outputs via a downloadable ZIP.
How it works
- Upload up to 100 PDF files (each document up to 400 pages).
- TableBits automatically scans each page and extracts tables into a separate CSV file per page that contains a table.
- When the extraction completes, you’ll receive an email with a link to download a ZIP archive containing all the extracted CSV files.
How to Use TableBits
- Upload your PDFs (up to 100 files at once; each up to 400 pages).
- (Optional) Specify an extraction range if you only want certain pages or sections.
- Start extraction and wait for the email notification with the download link.
Pricing
- Free tier: 0.12 AUD per page
- Medium documents: 0.08 AUD per page
- Large documents: (pricing applies to documents > 50 pages; up to 400 pages per document)
- Minimum payment transaction: 1 AUD
Notes:
- Processing scales with more files; batch uploads are supported.
- If you specify an extraction range, the page count applies to the extracted section.
- Your currency may incur exchange fees depending on your payment method.
